I bought a spa from this company 3 months ago and I absolutely love it, the quality is exceptional and the service was great.. I couldn't figure out how to use the stereo and called and talked to an employee Josh I think his name was he helped me right over the phone.. I have used Watson's in the past and didn't get the help and the staff wasen't very helpful. I recommend Pool and Spa to all my friends!!! Thank you so much for all you have done!!! more

Our inground pool istall was recently completed. We enjoyed working w/Pool and Spa Depot, before, during, and after the process. Minus the weather delays, the installation went as planned. We were not looking forward to the process, but it turned out to be an enjoyable one, in part, due to good communication and highly skilled tradespeople. Neighbors in our custom-homes subd that started inground pool installs before us that chose another company are still not finished! We were enjoying our pool not even six weeks after breaking ground, while our neighbors are a year out and still dealing with construction. We did get other quotes when we were deciding on a company. After knowing what our neighbors were going through, we decided to go with a larger company. Plus, those that represented P & S were professional and knowledgeable. We have very high standards and expect professionalism. Every communication was handled promptly. Even now that we are finished with the install, communications are still being handled quickly and professionally. That speaks volumes. We will not hesitate to recommend Pool and Spa Depot to our friends. We are looking forward to our backyard fun. Job well done, Bob and crew! more

This was our 3rd pool construction and the 1st two were nightmares in FL. We were hesitant to ever contract a pool again. We met with Stephen our Sales Rep at Pool and Spa Depot and explained our concerns. He worked with us every step of the way to be sure that our contract was explained line by line. Once the excavation was begun, it was one week to the day that is was completed and our fiberglass shell was backfilled and the plumbing run. All this during sub-freezing temp's! Thank you Pool and Spa Depot for hiring such quality installers and for being an upstanding company! We would recommend your services to anyone and everyone that is looking into pool installation! more

Pool & Spa Depot is an incredibly large store that sells above ground pools, hot tubs, and patio furniture. During my search for patio furniture, I stopped at Pool & Spa Depot because I saw that they were having a 50% off sale on everything. The selection was pretty good, they don't carry anything too high end, but certainly more than Costco or Home Depot have in their home and garden sections. The selection of outdoor table and chair sets was great and many were made of wood and had a high quality feel to them, which is important because the chairs sit in the sun all day long. more

We looked at several places and decided on pool and spa depot. The salesman Christopher was very nice and knowledegeable. He took the time to show us all the gadgets couldn't ask for a better salesman. Customer services speaks a whole lot and we were verysatisfied. At time of this review, we were waiting for delivery set up. Hopefully, it will go as well as purchasing spa. more

Our questions were answered honestly and promptly during the contractual agreement stageKip kept us informed of the processes leading up to the construction, and Cody and his crew were awesome! One week to the day, our excavation was begun, the fiberglass shell was delivered and set and the plumbing and backfill was complete! Had a wonderful experience with this company. Had a pool table installed. They built it, and it works great. we absolutely love it. Didn't notice a small crack in the rail until they left. Called and spoke to Scott, he sent his builder right out the next day with a new rail. Builder was Chris, did a great job. Nice to know they stand by their product and don't forget about you after the sale. more

"Coley and crew showed up on Tuesday. Coley is AWESOME! What can I say, these guys were the bomb. By the end of our day Tues we had our pool. They came back on Weds and finished the little stuff. It all happened so quickly, and they did an excellent job. Any problems that came up, and they were very few and minor, were addressed and corrected promptly. It is not a week later, the concrete is one, pools full and the water feels great. My family is loving it already. My wife and I have purchased a hot tub/spa her tanning bed, and now this past weekend a 24 foot above ground pool, all from Pool and Spa Depot in Antioch. We have had great service, and reading the other reviews on here I have no idea who any of these people dealt with, because we have always been pleased with all the service and items that we purchase from Pool and Spa. They will honestly go out of their way to make you happy. I know that they made my wife very happy with selling her the pool she wanted, and she is a hard one to please so if she is happy they are doing something right. I will definatly use them again if I need them and I know that they will be there with a great deal, and a quailty product. Robert J. more
