Well, I do not know these people who have given reviews. We have TP and they scheduled our water heater replacement with Plumbcraft. Water heater was 21 years old (can't believe it lasted that long) and it blew big time. Called them and Regina asked me some basic questions, had me get the serial/model numbers from the tank. Since it was installed in 1990, it was not up to code. They gave me the choice of getting someone to put a breaker box in and run the line outside. Their price was reasonable enough, as i would have had to pay someone elses fee to come out and the delay would not have been good for me. (mama ain't happy, no one is happy!) They took my payment up front for the services. They installed as promised (so now I'm up to code if we do sell soon, as we may - that would have been another headache on a house inspection while under contract, so now it is avoided.) They showed up as promised. Since there was electrical and plumbing, they sent two guys. Work was done in under an hour. When I called at anytime, if Regina wasn't there or on the other line, she always returned my call very quickly. I'm very happy with their work, and unless any problems are discovered later on, I have no problems with either Total Protect or Plumbcraft. more

DO NOT USE. They do not fix anything, do not return calls, do more harm than good. Very nice over the phone but do not back it up with quality service. Do not work well with Home Warranties. Would never reccommend or use again. Very, very disappointed! more

It would take too long to explain the plumbing issues, but they just want easy money. If it's a little difficult, they will say they cannot do it and to call Roto Rooter. They are fat and don't want to go into crawlspaces. And they don't have normal tools a plumber would have to fix basic problems. more

This plumbing company is used my my home warranty agency. The first time they came, everything was fine, but they had to come back to fix something a second time (when I was not home)- seemingly no big deal. The technician couldn't finish the job and had to return a third time - He was loud, rude, and complained about hurting himself the previous time when he had jumped off the proch and turned his ankle. He spent more time telling me what he couldn't do and what was not wrong than he he did actually fixing anything. I had to have them come back yet again to work on the same thing, and this time they left a mess - mud on the floor and handprints on the wall. Today, when I had to call them to work on it again, along with a few other small repairs, the technician told me his job is to ""debunk"" what the customer says is wrong - to find that it actually doesn't need repair at all. (Imagine that - I thought his job was to repait what was broken! Maybe that was why they had to come back to fix the same thing so many times!) Of the four minor (but REAL) problems that needed fixing, he tried to avoid fixing any of them until I insisted. I will definitely ask for a different company if I need to call for a plumber again. more
