Excellent Work! 4/2/2014

I needed new brakes stat and my previous mechanic didn't notice - Steve took one look and said they definitely were going to be an issue and that he could finish the whole thing by the end of the day. He explained everything about the parts and the service to me and completed it quickly and courteously. I highly recommend Pleasant Car Care! more

They installed a catalytic converter. The exhaust still made noise. They found a failed gasket and replaced it at no charge. Nice to know they back up their work. more

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! 3/14/2014

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Pleasant Car Care. Steve was extremely helpful. I was considering purchasing a car off of autotrader in the area. I live in GA and I could not get up there to drive or look at the car myself. I called Pleasant Car Care because of the reviews it had received. He looked at the car for an extremely reasonable price and gave me a VERY detailed report. I feel it is because of his work that I avoided purchasing someone elses problem. If I ever moved to MA I would use him for all of my car care and would recommend him to anyone I know. more

Customer Service and Honesty A+++ 3/5/2014

I have been a customer of Pleasant Car Care for a few years and I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. The customer service they provide to me is great. They are accommodating with scheduling and the work they do is top notch and they do it in a timely manner. They only do the work that is necessary and there are never hidden miscellaneous charges like other places charge you. I recommend them to everybody. Charlie and Steve and the rest of the Pleasant Car Care team are FABULOUS!!! more

Customer Service 3/5/2014

A big thanks to Steve! I just went in for an oil change today, but he dropped me off at my work, and then picked me back up when it was done. First thing I noticed when I got back in my car was that they vacuumed it a little on the drivers side. Its been a rough salty sandy winter and too cold to get out and clean it myself, so thank you so much for that. Sometimes its the little things that make people come back. :) more

Very Smooth Experience 3/3/2014

I had a check engine light that was coming on and off. Pleasant Car Care was able to get into the system memory to find the cause, which ended up being a relatively simple fix that was not expensive and my car was fixed within hours. The staff were pleasant and overall it was a very smooth experience. more
