All Star Performance from Pleasant Car Care 11/13/2013

Once again--had a great experience. Not my first 100% great experience. This situation was time sensitive though--nail in my tire. I emailed Charlie who replied before work and said, bring it right in. I called and received the same friendly can-do-it attitude. Had my car there at 7:30 and it was done, new tire (they had to get), oil change/check and I made it to work for the afternoon. Excellent customer service + knowledgeable mechanics= happy me! You can trust them to do the work that needs to get done and ALSO trust that they will not do things that don't. HIGHLY recommend PCC! more

Nice people and good mechanic 11/7/2013

I had a problem for a long time which other auto shops couldn't figure out and I couldn't figure out. Pleasant car care solved my problem with very little money spent. Great service! more

Great shop Great people 10/26/2013

I have full confidence with pleasant car care. They are very good mechanics, and up front always with what can be done to your car at a good price. Having an older vehical they do the work and make it feel newer and newer which each visit. They are my new repair shop. Thank you guys. Angie Nunley more

Outstanding care 10/26/2013

Took my new (used) car in for a check up and cannot say enough about Steve and the crew at Pleasant Car Care. They are thorough and precise and always keep me informed as the day goes by so I am never surprised when I go to retrieve my car. They are an important reminder that good care includes good customer relations as well. more

Another Great Visit 10/10/2013

Despite the fact that my car has multiple problems, I was given an honest assessment by Steve that it might be time to start looking for a new vehicle. What he didn't do was recommend that I invest more into the vehicle, thus saving me money. I highly recommend these guys. more

We always take our car to Pleasant because they make sure we know what is wrong with our car and understand the repair options before moving forward with any work. I trust them and appreciate the attention they give to every customer. They are also the fastest repair service I've ever used! more

I'm lucky my car's break down happened right in front of your shop. Your willingness to help me without an appointment and get the car finished by the end of the same day really saved me a lot of trouble. Your customer service is also excellent. Thanks so much.
