Great service, great price, great people 3/24/2013

Pleasant car care is the absolute best-auto shop I have ever come-what more can I say? Charlie, the owner, is an exemplary businessman. He goes out of his way to treat every customer like gold, and will not recommend that you get work done if he doesn't think you need it. Go to pleasant car care if you want to receive top notch service at a reasonable price, and never have to worry about there is something fishy going on under the hood. more

Impeccable service & quickly too 3/20/2013

Charlie was AMAZING! The car was having problems from the minute I started it up that morning. He had it running great by the end of the day - even though I didn't get it to them until noon. They diagnosed a few other potential dangerous problems (the car is a 10-year old used car I was borrowing), so I had them keep it overnight to take care of those too. Best of all, the price is definitely right @ the Pleasant Street Garage. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and the service - both customer & automotive. Thank you very much! more

They really do fix everything! 3/18/2013

I am happy that PCC was able to fix my automatic trunk opening problem. After they replaced the lock on my trunk my trunk would still pop open automatically. After several visits, the mechanics continued to search for the problem with no additional cost until they discovered the problem. They are always so kind, courteous, and patient. By the way, I appreciate their new waiting room. more

Honesty 3/18/2013

I feel that having an over all experience bring my car here for service I was never "Ripped Off" on The Quotes that I were given. Customer Service always Great and Whenever walking into the Business Office ALWAYS Clean. more
