Keeping my wheels on the road 1/18/2014

I brought my car in for a basic maintenance check up and oil change. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Charlie and Steve are very good about walking you through the process and explaining car needs in a basic and understandable way. I will not take my car anywhere else because I truly feel that these men are honest and reasonable. more

Fabulous service, reasonable cost 1/8/2014

Charlie went and picked up the part himself from the dealer so that I wouldn't have to wait. Terrific service, as always. And they try to save customers money. Cheerful, helpful, highly competent service at a very reasonable cost -- what more could one ask? more

Fast service 1/6/2014

I needed a new battery in a hurry and called Steve at Pleasant. It was a Saturday at 1pm and they were closing at 3 and I had an appointment I needed to be at at 2. Steve let me drop the car off, hurry to my appointment and pick the car up after closing. Great service to get me what I needed in a hurry with no hassle. more

Amazing customer service! 12/29/2013

I can't say enough good things about this place. They are very honest and won't do unnecessary work just to rack up a big bill. I've been going to them for a couple of years now, and they are always fast and do quality work on my car. Steve is great and always chats with me when I come in. Even when it's been a few months, he still remembers me. They offer to drive me home or to work if they need to keep the car a while, they send me a text message after every visit just to say thanks and let them know if I need anything, and they're very much in the "tech" world - with email reminders, online appointments, online maintenance history, etc. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. more

I Needed a Fix a flat its dark after 5pm, they were closed, i am in panik now, i called them they answerd and told me to get there,asap i did gues what they even gave me an oil change that i needed due big time now you know why this place comes first to me .
