The saleman David Mena, understood what I was looking for and quickly helped me to find it without pressure to add additional features. David knew the product well and answered all my questions.\r \r My only disappointment came with the aftersales push to buy extended warranty, DNA, window tint excedera. I understand the value of these additions to Planet Ford, but I did not want them and should not have been second guessed or made to feel as if it was a bad choice. I do not buy extended warranty's for any consumer products, these are nothing more than insurance policies and I perfer to self insure more

Everyone in the process was professional and polite. I had been looking for a new car for nearly 2 months using the various search engines on the internet, and kicking tires locally to determine the best price. Planet Ford had the best price listed. I didn’t know if they were going to ask for more, or try to upgrade my car. That did not happen, I asked for a drive out price for the car, and they gave it to me, and stuck to the price.\r I want to commend Meme Eckerle, and Jordan Smith for making my experience a good one. more
