You just need to think Star when you treat yourself because when you are in West Hollywood, You are Star and knowing that you came thus far... you have to take it all the way.... ...

Worst

Pinkberry, the talk of the city,,, I swear have these people even TRIED other frozen yogurt places? I'm sorry but Pinkberry ranks kind of low compared to the rest of them.. I love...

AWFUL.....Don't Waste Your Time, Money or Calories 5/3/2007

This is just another trend that LALA landers are obsessed with. Why... the yogurt is awful. It tastes like frozen, tangy, lemon ice that has freezer burn.... don't even ask my opinion of the green tea. What makes it even more atrocious is the price they charge. I used to work in an ice cream shop and the mark up on their product made me want to choke - more then taste of the yogurt. Here is the thing that cracks me up, you have all of these LALA landers cramming the store for their healthy fix... but then they pile on the Capn Crunch and Fruity Pebbles. If you want the Fruity Pebbles that much, head to Ralph's, pick up a box for $2.99 and go crazy. If you are in Studio City... and are thinking of checking out Pinkberry, go around the corner to find the best yogurt place in Studio City. Cons: Taste, Price more

Yummy frozen yogurt 4/9/2007

If I'm ever in the mood for something cold and sweet, I won't hesitate to go out of my way to the nearest Pinkberry. Luckily, they're starting to pop up everywhere. There's usually a line of people, but it moves quickly and it's worth the short wait. more

LOVE IT 3/21/2007

I SHOULD SAY I'M 3 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT AND I'M TOTALLY ADDICTED. I THINK BY FAR, THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT I EVER TASTED. FOR THE REVIEWERS WHO SAY THEY DONT LIKE IT BECAUSE IT TASTES TO MUCH LIKE YOGURT, I THINK THATS THE MOST FOOLISH THING I EVER HEARD! KEY WORD- FROZEN Y-O-G-U-R-T, WHAT IS IT SUPPOSED TO TASTE LIKE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF YOGURT, WHY WOULD YOU BE A FROZEN YOGURT SPOT- THERE'S HUNDRED'S OF ICE CREAM PLACES FOR YOU OUT THERE. AS FOR THE LINES, I GUESS I GO AT THE BEST TIME BECAUSE I'VE NEVER BEEN STUCK IN A 45 MINUTE ONE (9 AT NIGHT, 1 IN THE AFTERNOON). THOUGH MY BOYFRIEND REFUSES TO EVER GO AGAIN BECAUSE HE DID GET A TASTE OF THE HORRIBLE PARKING SITUATION DURING ONE OF MY 9 O'CLOCK CRAVINGS. BESIDES THE PARKING SITUATION, I LOVE PINKBERRY!!! more

Comme si comme ca! 3/8/2007

Green-tea smoothie tastes horrible; rather go to the local Japanese Market and buy it off of the freezer section, sorry!!! Great location though. Pros: location Cons: ice-cream more

Beachberries is closer and better!!! 1/8/2007

To the person who drives 2 hours to eat Pinkberry, go to Huntington Beach. Off of Main St. On PCH overlooking to ocean... Beachberries. All I can say is it finishes what Pinkberry started. Better, more natural selection of topppings (dried mango on plain yogurt is soooo awesome) and the taste is the same but smoother texture. I have been there several times in the last few weeks and it is making me BROKE) A bit cheaper than Pink berry... a large with 3 toppings is 6. 95 instead of 7. 45. They don't have the Green tea flavor, but I think that flavor is disgusting anyway. Hope this helps. more

Trust the Editors Rating - this place RAWKS! 1/8/2007

If anything can be a victim of it's own success, it's Pinkberry. Is it over-hyped? Probably. But that doesn't mean it's still not really, really good. If you haven't had it, this is NOT froyo. It's actual frozen yogurt, not ""yogurt flavored"" soft serve ice cream. \r \r At first bite, I was kinda meh. it was good but I wasn't blown away. But that's it's secret. Just like good crackberry should be, you don't even realize you're getting addicted until it's too late. I mean, when you had your first venti sugar-free vanilla soy latte, no foam with room at Starbucks you just jump up and down like a schoolgirl but somehow you find yourself there a few times a week. Pinkberry's like that. As for price, I think it's a steal at 5 bucks for a good size medium with three toppings. The fruit is really, really excellent. There's a world of difference between frozen strawberries and the real deal. And I'm addicted to Fruity Pebbles (sadly). They taunt me from afar.\r \r So anyway, believe the hype, just don't let it go to your head. It really is that good and they're popping up all over the place now so you've got no excuse. Pros: REAL yogurt and REAL fruit Cons: The green tea yogurt is just okay unless that's your thing. more

High Calorie and Bland 12/9/2006

Tastes like unsweetened dough and is nearly triple the calories per ounce of WOW COW. Gorgeous stores but oh so small portions of high caloric, bland yogurt. People said it was nice and tart.. that would have been nice. It's just bad. more

BEST THING EVER...SEX IN MOUTH GOOD! 12/6/2006

This as probably the best ""desert"" ever, i drive 2 hours from oceanside in crazy traffic to have this very often... it is the best most amazing thing ever, whenever you are in LA no matter what you should visit pinkberry... only problem is the parking.. and i have gotten a parking ticket... so park at your own risk, but it is worth every penny A+++++++ everything Pros: EVERYTHING ABOUT PINKBERRY.. Cons: PARKING more

just ok 11/24/2006

I can believe all the hype- there are always huge lines outside. I mean its good, but not great, and definitely NOT worth the price! Pros: non-fat Cons: expensive! more

I can't get my roommate out of this place 11/20/2006

Seriously, the girl has a definate addiction to the stuff. This is no typical TCBY. The yogurt here actually tastes like, well... like yogurt. It has the consistency of a sorbet but the unique tang of cultured yogurt. You can get a huge variety of mix-ins, ranging from fresh fruit to cereal. They also have the traditional sprinkles. That is how you get all of your variety, becuase they only have yogurt flavor or green tea. \r If you see my roomate there - tell her that it's time to go home!!! Pros: unique yogurt experience Cons: a little pricey more

tart yogurt, sweet fruit 11/16/2006

The yogurt does have a tart taste, but their fruit is good quality and the sweetness goes well with the yogurt's flavor. Is it worth all the hassle of going over there? Probably not, but go if you want to see what all the hype is about. more

great healthy dessert 11/16/2006

i tried pinkberry almost 2 years ago; it's amazing how much craze it's getting recently.. the yogurt here is tasty AND healthy.. the only healthy dessert place i could find in LA.. each ounce only has about 25 calories and no fat!! Cons: long lines, bad parking more

Studio City location never has lines when I go by - but why should it? 11/16/2006

Especially with the outstanding Studio Yogurt just footsteps away. I too did not enjoy the sour taste of the yogurt - tastes too much like plain nonfrozen yogurt. I think it would be a decent breakfast on a hot day with fruit toppings, but my choice by far would be Studio Yogurt, where they have usually about eight or so flavors - some fat free, some carb free, some sugar free - and both good for you and not so good for you toppings! Servings are HUGE! For valley people, if you try Pinkberry and haven't tried Studio Yogurt (in the shopping center right on the corner of Laurel Canyon and Ventura), you shoud try them both! Pros: healthy Cons: people are like sheep - they will wait in line for anything if other people are doing it. Not worth the wait. more

ok for me, 150 calories for small cup 11/16/2006

I disagree about rude employees, but agree about the long lines and impossible parking. since I workout right next door of 24hr, my gf and I often wanted to try this place. If you drive here, beware of parking. mostly street parking, so come by after 6pm. the street meters are supposedly free after 6pm (what i heard from friends). \r since I have a sweet tooth, this is not my thing. It's tart and sour. For the same amount of calories (without toppings, of course), I agree with the other user about going to McDonald's instead. There is a topping I found at KiwiBerry on 3rd and LaCienega that this place doesn't have, and it's marshmallows. yum.... the way the hard marshmallows and yogart mesh is such an sensation. There's no line at KB and a parking plaza. If it wasn't because we pass by Pink Berry, I don't think I would be a returning customer. Both KB and PB look clean and new. great place to just chat with friends and grab a treat. Pros: clean, 25 calories per oz Cons: impossible parking, long lines sometimes more

recipe 11/15/2006

Ok people, you love Pinkberry? well, I'll let you in on the secret. I'm going to give you the recipe! All you have to do is go to costco, buy a big bulk of real yogurt (not frozen) of your choice of brand whether it being yoplait or dannon. Wisk until creamy, buy yourself a little soft serve machine to be used in the house (or use the ice cream maker) add some green tea flavor powder if you wish. For toppings chop up some fruits of your choice, add some cap'n crunch and there ya go! PINKBERRRY!! you'll save a lot on money and won't waist any time standing in lines! more

Overrated 11/15/2006

Pinkberry is totally overrated and boring. Don't waste your time in line unless you are one of those people who LOVES a line no matter what's at the end of it. more
