RUDE IGNORANT WOMAN WITH TOTAL ATTITUDE!!!....My partner and I just finished eating up a late lunch at Armondo's (which by the way amaizng, and we come here year after year and they always have fantastic service). I have shopped here in the store before bought some small items, so we decided to go back in and check it out it was about 30 min's prior to closing. The woman who greated us said hello and we acknowledged her, walked around the store. I found this pink book luxeries for girls so I proceeded to look through the book which was 2"" thick it takes a while to go through, the woman in the store than blurted out to us that ""we could buy this book"" that comes wrapped for $75, I thank her and told her still just looking. Again a few moments later she was sort of standing over me and said again, ""you could purchase this book for $75."" I said yes thank you but I am still thinking about it, she was hovering around us like a bird searching for her prey. So I decided to close this book up and continue walking around the store. She than said I have an appointment in 10 mins. SO I asked what well what time do you close at? She said 6:00 PM, at this point I said well we still have 8 minutes before you close and we will contiune to look around. She than changed her tune and attititue immediately and said I have to close up for a private showing. We continued to walk closer to the front of the store and I saw these covers for phones so I asked not once BUT 5 times excuse me miss,, excuse me miss, hello??? she never answered so I proceeded to walk towards her by the till and she was checking her phone, ignoring me and I repeated myself again, do you have these cases in here for a Blackberry, she turned and looked at me rudely and said there by special order ONLY and they are $240, or so, I said that was not what I asked you and wasn't concerned about how much they cost but rather if they had any of them in the store. Again I asked her do you have any balckberry cases here in your store, she ignorantly again looked at me again, and said by SPECIAL ORDER ONLY! At some point during this in our face and rushing us out the door because she had a private showing at 6:00PM we could come back tomorrow. She was so ignorant and rude at both of us and I thought why would we ever want to shop here ever again with someone who treated us so rudely . As we left the store she shouted out to us, ""YOU ARE NEVER WELCOME BACK INTO MY STORE EVER AGAIN"", we both thought why would we ever want to support a woman who is very unclassy and just a rude ignorant woman. I say grow up, act like an adult not a child! Never Shop in her store EVER if you want to be treated with disrespect this is the place for you! more

So I used to be a very good customer of this store and Heiress ( which are owned by the same people) and key word USED TO! I would typically spend about 1200 per shopping visit. I always got a horrible vibe from the owner but I absolutely LOVED the girl that was there. First off there is only one fitting room and it doesnt have a door or curtain. It has NOTHING! And talk about packed.. She is completely packed in with stuff. But getting off track here! My last trip which was over a year ago I spent my usual and walked out in jacket. That night I realized that my jacket had a little hole and thinking since I am a good customer she will let me exchange it. She yelled and cursed at me and called me so many names! One of which she told me I needed a large not a medium! I laughed while I walked out! How can someone be so rude and still be in business?? If you like being verbally abused please go to the pink club or heiress!! more

I have to completely agree!!! Over attentive!!! Almost to the point of feeling like you were a criminal. I have browsed there before and actually read the nasty reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and spent $125.00 on a backpack and lunch box for my daughter!! Bad decision!!! My daughter ended up picking a backpack that I didn't really care for, but it was hers so I went ahead with the purchase. She later found out that her friend had gotten one there as well but of a much cuter print and changed her mind on the print she had chosen. Since school had not started and the tags were still intact I thought it would not be a problem to exchange it for a different print. I called first because I figured they would give me a hard time (just from word of mouth).... And sure enough, ""Mam, our store policy is absolutely NO RETURNS Or EXCHANGES!!"" Not even to exchange for something exactly the same, just a different color. She proceeded to explain to me why they cannot exchange and it is because so often people with buy something and it will break and then try and fix it themselves and then it is not noticed until after the fact. REALLY...really! Give your customers some credit. First of all you treat everyone who enters as if they are there to steal something and now you are suggesting that I probably broke it and just want a new one!!! Come ON!!! Pathetic. I do not know if the women who I talked too actually should have taken the wrath for the whole thing, but I suggested she tell the owner everything I had to say... including that I would be posting a not very satisfying review online. I have worked in retail as well as customer relations and know that a happy customer will only benefit your business. Have they not heard that a satisfied customer tells 3 friends and an angry customer tells 3,000!!! Well, here I am venting to a world of shoppers!!! Needless to say I will not be going back and hopefully this may be helpful in making any future decisions you may have about making a purchase there. NOT TO MENTION THE BACKPACK IS NOT GREAT QUALITY!! more

Pink Club owner went insane when she asked if she could help me and I said i would prefer to just look around. She followed me around in the store like a stalker, sweating and breathing heavily. I turned to tell her to move out of the way and she screamed, ""F...... get out."" I stood there shocked. She turned pink and blew up. She said, ""f......get out old woman, you haven't got anything better to do."" I felt her violence and became fearful for my life as I was alone in the store with this maniac. She made fun of my clothes, called me hateful names and stalked me all the way to the door. I was afraid to turn my back on her that she would hit me from behind. She came inches from my face yelling profanities and trying to intimidate me. I said I would call the police which she didn't want. I finally made it to the door and ran outside. I waited for the police. They came and asked me for ID and took it inside the store where they stayed for about 10 or 15 minutes. I'm a psychologist and home owner. A professor and artist. I wouldn't make this up. Believe me this woman is a danger to others, maybe even to herself. She needs psychiatric help. I'm going to find out about her and expose her to keep someone unsuspecting buyer out there from getting hurt. And to think I was going to buy a pair of rhinestone flip flops for 295.00, something she didn't know, makes me feel sick. Please don't go there she's actually a dangerous person. After talking to others around there about her, she is dangerous, they all know about her, I was the newcomer and fool. But I waited for the police who acted as though I had done something and the whole terrifying thing ended. But I'm not done with her, not until she's exposed for her bullying, abusive behavior. more

I love this store. Every year I stop in on spring break. I love everything in the store. Everyone is always so nice and you always have the best clothes and crystal shoes. more

The Pink Club, what a nightmare!!!!!!!!!\r The worst shopping experience in my life!\r i bought a pair of crystal havaiana's,( and I love my havianas, I own about 6 pairs, )at The Pink Club. The lady that helped me was not very pleasant, would not let me touch any shoe that I liked, and made me feel like I was bothering her. She was abrupt and rude with every question I asked her. I ignored her manner, as I loved the shoes and bought them.\r The next day I went to wear them, the one shoe was fine, but the other one, the crystals kept moving and within the first half hour I had lost 4 or 5 crystals off my shoe. I paid 149.00 for the shoes, so I went back to get a new pair of shoes. Well, rude, rude rude is all I can say. Abusive, yelling, simply a crazy person gone wild. She would not give me a new pair. She told me I don't know how to take care of them. I then asked for some crystals to replace the ones I lost, she said she would mail them to me, even though she had them in the store. She did not want to deal with me and called security.\r The first time in my life I have got escorted out by security. So i have one good shoe, and one that keeps losing it's crystals for 149.00. I was told that she is the owner, so I am out 149.00. Everyone save your money and find another store that sells their product for better service. more

I just got back from a long weekend in Palm Desert. I spent a day strolling down El Paseo. One of my favorite stores was PINK CLUB, what a cute store. The staff if very nice and the selection of shoes, dresses and gifts are amazing. I went back a few times. The place was so busy and I can’t wait to go back. I love everything I bought. more

How many terrible things can I say about this store? I don't even know where to start. First of all, their merchandise is a travesty. They sell about 20 dresses, all of which are the same cheap, clingy, ugly material, each with the same empire waste and revealing cut at the top.They have a small shoe selection, and when my sister bought a pair of shoes that broke during the first use, they wouldn't even consider a reimbursement for the purchase, let ALONE a swap for a new pair! Pink Club wouldn't be complete without a selection of overpriced, trashy rhinestoned jewelry, however when I asked to see inside the case, the sales lady actually wouldn't even let me!!! I'm sorry, do they WANT to sell items? Maybe she wouldn't let me hold the ring because she knew it would fall apart and then they wouldn't be able to sell it... Which brings me to the worst aspect of Pink Club, which is their ridiculous management. I've heard stories of the manager being crazy, and the stories are true. The lady is so incredibly rude and so outrageously self-righteous, it is in itself reason alone to never step foot inside the exclusive Pink Club. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. It is by far the worst shop on El Paseo, if not, all of California. more

I nearly crashed my car when I saw this store. I live in LA and wish they had one there. Great merchandise, amazing crystal products and the staff is very helpful. Good for kids clothing and a huge selection of Havaianas. more

I was in the Pink Club a few weeks ago and my card declined, they gave me the items. I was with my daughter and it was her birthday I was so embarrassed. I could not believe they did that no one does that. I called later with my credit card. I just want to say thank you and ignore all these rude people who write horrible things about you because your real customers appreciate all you do. Pros: nice staff Cons: no more

So, I went to this place last year while I was on vacation. I wanted to see if they had anything online and I came across all these angry reviews. Honestly I don't know what people did to cause the owner to become angry but she was perfectly nice to me. True she did seem a little on the ""free spirited"" side but I just chalked it up to the fact that I'm from the east coast and tend to be a little more stand offish. As someone who looks for the style of clothes the Club Pink carries I can tell anyone reading this, that in the east especially in CT and NY all those labels are MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. You can't get a better price on Ed Hardy at the actual Ed Hardy store. As far as the shoes go, maybe some people don't know this but all those swaroski covered sandles are HAND MADE by one woman who sells them at the store. Quit your kevetching of course they don't want people man handling them. I bought a dress and a pair of shoes there and felt that both were adequetly priced. In fact, they didn't have the size shoes i needed so the owner took what style I wanted let me ALTER it and then had the designer make me another pair. I get so many compliments every time I wear them I want to go back out there just to get another pair. Bottom line, the store is fine, they have great variety of stuff decently priced.
