So I used to be a very good customer of this store and Heiress ( which are owned by the same people) and key word USED TO! I would typically spend about 1200 per shopping visit. I always got a horrible vibe from the owner but I absolutely LOVED the girl that was there. First off there is only one fitting room and it doesnt have a door or curtain. It has NOTHING! And talk about packed.. She is completely packed in with stuff. But getting off track here! My last trip which was over a year ago I spent my usual and walked out in jacket. That night I realized that my jacket had a little hole and thinking since I am a good customer she will let me exchange it. She yelled and cursed at me and called me so many names! One of which she told me I needed a large not a medium! I laughed while I walked out! How can someone be so rude and still be in business?? If you like being verbally abused please go to the pink club or heiress!!
