How many terrible things can I say about this store? I don't even know where to start. First of all, their merchandise is a travesty. They sell about 20 dresses, all of which are the same cheap, clingy, ugly material, each with the same empire waste and revealing cut at the top. They have a small shoe selection, and when my sister bought a pair of shoes that broke during the first use, they wouldn't even consider a reimbursement for the purchase, let ALONE a swap for a new pair! Pink Club wouldn't be complete without a selection of overpriced, trashy rhinestoned jewelry, however when I asked to see inside the case, the sales lady actually wouldn't even let me!!! I'm sorry, do they WANT to sell items? Maybe she wouldn't let me hold the ring because she knew it would fall apart and then they wouldn't be able to sell it... Which brings me to the worst aspect of Pink Club, which is their ridiculous management. I've heard stories of the manager being crazy, and the stories are true. The lady is so incredibly rude and so outrageously self-righteous, it is in itself reason alone to never step foot inside the exclusive Pink Club. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. It is by far the worst shop on El Paseo, if not, all of California.
