There aren't many instructors who can so completely kick your butt, and not make you hate them. Jamie is so warmly encouraging that you can almost forget how hard she works you... almost. Jamie is a stickler for form, which is an incredible relief because you know you can push yourself to the max without injury, and you also get the most possible out of each work out. She is a cheerleader without being overly perky or chipper, and she's not a drill sergeant either. It's all about the work with her, and getting results.
She's also very sensitive to people's injuries or sore spots, and can help you modify an exercise expertly. But, she also knows your strengths, and can tell when you're slacking off. And, man, is she in incredible shape!
