I've been taking Platinum Pilates since April 2013.This is s a tough workout for those that are looking to shape up fast. I got to know each instructor's own personal style and found the ones that I like best. I think Jaime Ullman is just great: very knowledgeable, and knows about your limits and how to carefully push you in the right way and make sure that your form is correct, but she is also tough. She always greets you with a smile, you will never get bored in her class.I feel stronger and leaner. I would highly recommend this workout to anyone. It's addictive!\r
