I started working with Jaime at the recommendation of my chiropractor because of recurring joint problems. My basic problem is hypermobility, i.e., my joints are way too loose. Although I had been working out at the gym to strengthen muscles to support my joints, I was still having problems. I have now worked with Jaime for a little over a month, and I can feel the difference. In fact, my chiropractor can SEE the difference! My posture has improved thanks to all that core work, and I can carry heavier things. More than anything, though, I feel grateful for the psychological lift I get from working out hard (and Jaime does work you hard!) and feeling stronger as a consequence. I recommend Jaime to anyone out there who has been though physical therapy and gym workout, but still needs some work to get stronger. I think of it as an extension of physical rehabilitation.
