Jaime is the best! I’m addicted to Pilates because of her. \r

As a former runner I was looking for a new workout routine that would tone my body and provide some of the adrenaline rush I used to get from running. Jaime's classes have given me all that and more, in a short amount of time. I feel stronger and am more tone. My boyfriend, friends, and coworkers have all commented on the transformation my body has undergone. I feel incredible! \r

Her classes are challenging with a focus on form. I feel like I have a personal instructor even though I attend group classes. I especially love the way she pushes me in a supportive positive way. I highly recommend her as an instructor!\r
