Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

Excellent, patient service 10/20/2013

Our salesman, Michael, took as much time as we needed, going patiently through repeat test-drives with us of different models with different drivers until we were absolutely sure of the right car for our whole family and every driver in it! They also kept the negotiation and paperwork stage to a relatively sane minimum. I'm impressed, and we had a very pleasant time buying our new Ford. more

Service Representative Greg Karras 10/16/2013

Ordinarily, I would NEVER take my car to a dealership for car repair. That's because they're usually dishonest and charge way too much for vehicle repair. But fortunately, I found an honest Service Representative at Bill Pierre Ford. And his name is Greg Karras. He's the only reason I take my Ford Expedition into Bill Pierre Ford for service. Greg always treats me with respect, tells me the truth and privides excellent service at an affordable price. That's why I keep coming back. I even told my Ford-driving-friends about Greg and made it a point to introduce them to him when they pick me up when I leave my car for service. You're very fortunate to have such an excellent employee. I suggest you give him a BIG raise. He deserves it. more
