Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

From the time I pulled into the service bay, through the entire process, I received outstanding care from friendly, professional and knowledgeable group of people: Paul took the time to explain the repair procedure and time required to complete it; Tom the shuttle driver provided drop off and pick up in good time [despite heavy Seattle traffic]; Best of all, the technician, J Anderson repaired my front axle on time and below the written estimated cost! In short, the service I receive at Pierre Ford is superior to others that I have used over the years. more

Excellent service! Greg is the best! 9/17/2013

Greg is the best rep ever. He always makes sure my car is well taken care of and makes sure I don't suffer from "sticker shock." He tells me what things cost and gives me the option of refusal. The car took two long days to finish because they had to order a part - I wish they could have been more definite about when the work would be completed. That's the reason for 4 and not 5 stars. But their work is always excellent. I love my car, and would only take it to Greg at Bill Pierre's for care. more

Sale went great, post-sale not so good 9/16/2013

We were supposed to test drive a car, amd scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Showed up only to find out they sold the car 10 minutes before my appointment. But they found me a different car and it all worked out. Mostly. The problem was the new car didn't start, so they had to jump it. They promised to replace the battery though (I ended up not being able to use the car all weekend), and my sales guy Mason arranged for me to have it serviced and get a new battery (and even put some gas in my car for the trouble). However he forgot to call or tell anyone else about it as the service guys had no idea who I was and were not expecting me. But they got me in a rental for the day (I still had to pay $17 for the insurance on it) and I got my car back the same day. So certain people were great but overall I probably won't buy a car there again. more

Paul Salazar took my call about a problem with my car, listened to me, offered several possibilities of causes, invited me to bring my car in, accepted my car without an appointment in the early afternoon, had the problem confirmed and a solution identified promptly, and then had the car repaired and ready sooner than originally predicted, applied a senior discount to the original estimate, and found a nail on one of the tires which was also repaired. An amazing and satisfying experience for me. more

Use them for test drives but by somewhere else. 3/16/2012

I had the same trouble as plenty of other reviewers. Called on a Advertising I saw in the paper. Spoke with a salesman confirming the car was still on the lot. Was told they had 11 cars that had they could sell for that price on the lot. Drove right down. Then was told we sold that car first thing in morning but had other cars for a similar price. So looked and we found a car with the exact same color and features that I called about. But get this the price was $7000 more than the same car I called about. Don't waste your time. Waste theirs by using them for test drives and then buy some where else. more

I brought My Daughter there to buy her her first car. I was surprised to find how helpful the whole staff is. They treated her with respect and never talked down to her. She bought a new Focus and got a great deal. I'm sure that all of our future Automotive purchases will be here. GREAT PLACE!! more

BEWARE DISHONEST DEALER 8/28/2010

BEWARE OF DISHONEST DEALER! I spoke with salesman Ramon 3 times this week, each to confirm that we wanted a certain model, with 2-3 features, at a specific price (flexible about color and other deatures). Ramon claimed he checked with the owner and assured me this would work. We made a purchase appt for Sunday but went in a day early. We called before we left home and Ramon again assured us that if we got there within the hour, the deal worked at the price we wanted. SURPRISE: the deal was no longer available after we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes after our conversation. There were dozens of excuses, but in the end it was simply a "Bait and Switch," which wasted 2 hours of our day. Ramon and this dealership are untrustworthy -- BEWARE! more

Pierre Ford is a People Friendly Place 10/1/2009

We had a great experience here when we bought our SUV. The salesman did not "oversell" and did not push us on something we didn't want. We first went to a Ford dealership in Issaquah and were so turned off by the salesman that we drove straight to Bill Pierre. Within a half hour, we had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We would definitely go back. more
