Ordinarily, I would NEVER take my car to a dealership for car repair. That's because they're usually dishonest and charge way too much for vehicle repair. But fortunately, I found an honest Service Representative at Bill Pierre Ford. And his name is Greg Karras. He's the only reason I take my Ford Expedition into Bill Pierre Ford for service. Greg always treats me with respect, tells me the truth and privides excellent service at an affordable price. That's why I keep coming back. I even told my Ford-driving-friends about Greg and made it a point to introduce them to him when they pick me up when I leave my car for service. You're very fortunate to have such an excellent employee. I suggest you give him a BIG raise. He deserves it.
