It was a pleasure doing business with Piazza Mazda! I requested pricing through the internet and Chris Angelone, the Internet Sales Manager got back to me with pricing in only 10 minutes. When I went to see Chris, he worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted in terms of options and color. I was then offered a test drive of the vehicle. We finalized the deal in a matter of minutes with Chris being truthful in his answers, never pressuring me for the sale. Once the sale was made, Lee Levy handled the paperwork. Lee was quite thorough, yet we got through the paperwork quickly. While the paperwork was being done, the Service Dept. put on a couple of accessories - nice job and fast. Chris then walked me out to the well detailed new vehicle and thoroughly went over the operation of the vehicle. Chris even set-up my phone with the vehicle's Bluetooth system. In summary - Honest - No Pressure - Thorough. more

The wife and I made the trip to Piazza Mazda of West Chester today to check out an '05 Honda Pilot that they had in their inventory. I have to say it was the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience as Chris and the rest of the staff were extremely cordial...just a relaxed,no-pressure atmosphere all around. We live near the Jersey Shore and I would certainly make the 90+ minute drive there again. These guys are doing it the correct way...highly recommended. more

Best car buying experience in my life! No pressure, had a color I liked and the features I wanted. Salesman, Philip Saraceni, went above and beyond to answer all questions about features, financing, service. Even took time on his day off to help make the paperwork go smoothly. When I picked up the car, he spent 45 minutes with my explaining all the features, from how to set up the navigation and update the maps, he even set up my bluetooth devices and ipod classic to work with the new vehicle. I never saw anyone who new the product as well as he did. I'll be back and recommend this Piazza Mazda to everyone I know looking for a car. more

I needed a new car on short notice and requested on-line quotes from two dealers. Chris Angelone responded promptly with the best price and he and John Pinkerton made this the easiest car purchase I've ever made. My Mazda3 is a fantastic value for the price - fun to drive and excellent fuel economy. Working with Piazza Mazda has been a great experience. more

I would like to thank Piazza Mazda of West Chester for helping me with purchasing my 2006 Honda Odyssey. It was a great buying experience. Thanks to Kevin for his time and great assistance to provide the utmost courtesy. He took the time showing us detailed information about features of the car, car history and service done before putting it on the market. He took his time on test drives and kindly answering questions my wife and I had throughout the buying process. My family felt very comfortable to talk and work with him. I have always been happy with Piazza Mazda service. I have been taking my cars to Paul and his Mazda service team since 1989 and I have never been disappointed. They repair and maintain my vehicle in a timely manner and only recommend those items that need to be repaired or replaced. They are courteous, friendly and explain service items to you in a manner that you can understand. I highly recommend Piazza Mazda for service for your vehicle needs. more

Piazza Mazda is the dream car dealership. The people are super friendly without being overbearing and it is truly a no-pressure dealership. I dealt with Chris Angelone via email before visiting the dealership and couldn't be more pleased with his customer service. While salesmen from other dealerships harassed me via phone and email after casual inquiry, Chris didn't even ask for my phone number until I was waiting for my Mazda CX5 to be delivered. He was so informative, laid back and genuine that I felt he truly deserved my business. I don't know if I would have even bought the CX-5, or any other Mazda for that matter, if it wasn't for this salesman. Chris offered me a great price and when the specific car/ color combination I wanted wasn't in stock, he had it delivered to Piazza Mazda in a jiffy. I jokingly told him I wanted a giant bow on the car and to my surprise, a GIANT bow was in fact on top of my dazzling new CX5 when I went to pick it up. Also, I was in a huge rush to get to work that night and both Chris and Lee worked so hard and fast to make sure I made it on time. What a wonderful first car buying experience at Piazza Mazda! more

I was in for the first oil change and wheel locks for my Mazda3. The waiting room was clean and inviting. While waiting for the car, Bob Daley and Pat stopped by to see how I was. They also showed me the new Mazda6. I always feel welcome by the friendly nature of everyone who works there. more

Great place to have my car serviced. I can easily get appointments when I need and even if I drop my car off and don't need it until late in the day it is always done very early in the morning. They are also always willing to help answer any questions I have or explain anything to me. more

I was there to get my annual inspection. The work was completed in a timely manner. The car was left clean with everything set as I left it. While sitting and waiting, both Bob and Pat stopped into the waiting room to say hello and to see how things were going. Bob also allowed me to take a look at the new Mazda6 they had. Everyone who works there makes me feel like a friend and not just another customer. more

Speedy and helpful service, they were friendly. They could have tried to charge me for 4 tires instead they only plugged them and sent me on my way. Which has happened at past dealers. I appreciate the honesty and consideration for not changing more than necessary. more
