I drive further to go to Piazza Acura than some of the closer dealerships, because of their friendly service and welcoming presence. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle for service and know that they will work with me on anything that needs to be done. They will not do unnecessary service and try to save me money wherever they can. Bill walked through all of the diagnostic tests that were completed and explained them thoroughly to me. They told me it would be an hour and half to complete my service, but it was much shorter. This is a great dealership for service and to buy a new vehicle. I 100% recommend Piazza Acura! more

I am pleased with my new Honda Civic and the entire buying experience that I had Piazza Honda of Pottstown. Having only purchased an automobile from the dealership owned by a family friend. I was reluctant to go anywhere else. From the beginning of the process, Karl Diesel was a pleasure to work with. He promptly answered my Internet inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was quickly met on the showroom floor and he was eager to answer all of my questions. I received a no-pressure sales approach. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with the Piazza Auto Group again. but more importantly, I would gladly refer my friends and family to Karl when they are in the market for a new car. A very satisfied customer! more

I love my new Honda! It's the greatest car ever! I got 350 miles out of my first tank of gas. I just filled up yesterday for the first time. Great experience at Piazza Honda of Pottstown!! more

Best Shuttle Drivers 4/5/2012

I wanted to take a moment to compliment the shuttle drivers. They are awesome!! I used the shuttle service the other day and was extremely pleased. There were two different drivers and both of them made the trip back and forth to the dealer a complete joy. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention the other staff members who I have encountered. All of the people who work in the garage are awesome as well. They always greet me with a smile and seem to remember me every time. The two ladies who are at the cashier counter always ease the pain of the invoice! I always find myself having a conversation that seems to lessen the pain of my credit card transaction. I have been coming to Piazza for years and want everyone to know that the staff really makes a difference and makes each visit pleasant! more

Highly Recommended 3/19/2012

I was very impressed with Piazza Honda of Pottstown and Tom. I had only intended to come in and see the car in person (having only seen it online) and to maybe drive one. Tom was so accommodating, I wanted to see a car in the blue color and he showed me one outside, which is the car next to it, I ended up buying. No pressure from him, which is refreshing. Keep up the good work. I would not hesitate to recommend Piazza Honda of Pottstown to anyone!! more

Karl Diesel was so helpful in the lease of my wife's new Pilot. In a few short days, I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price, with no hype, pressure, games. I can't count how many vehicles I have either leased or purchased for my family over the years. This was by far one of the easiest transactions I can remember! Truly Exceptional 12/16/2011

The salesmen, Steve Minford, was truly exceptional. I was in a bid where I needed to buy a car and I told my wife that I would not accept any traditional pushy car salesman. Thankfully, we found Steve right away and he was exactly what I wanted in a salesperson. He was respectful, pleasant, non-pushy and included my entire family in the decision. I would buy from Piazza again, because of Steve! more

I have been a Piazza Honda customer since 2003 when I bought my Pilot at your previous location...it is still running strong. Meanwhile, I have purchased 3 Accords (2 New, 1 pre-owned) from Steve Minford during the last several years. My experience has always been outstanding with Piazza. I am especially impressed by the same faces I see year after year ... unlike other dealers whose staff continually churns! Keep up the good work and thanks for a fair deal and a pleasant experience. We were in such a jam this week with our Odyssey and Piazza took us right in without a reservation. The entire team at Piazza Honda - Pottstown works tirelessly to please its customers. Piazza did that and more with us! The quick turnaround was amazing. Equally amazing was how pleasant Piazza was to contact us when the van was finished. I can't see us going to another place to buy our vehicles as Piazza is a superior dealership in service, friendliness, timeliness and quality. more
