I just wanted to let you know how we were very pleased in the way you got my daughter's car ready for her. She couldn't wait to get home from the shore to drive it. She was also very excited when she saw how different it looked on Tuesday from Saturday, when it first arrived. The detailing department is awesome. Everyone at Piazza is top notch in our book. Thank you so much to Joe Barone for fixing my 2004 Honda Odyssey. I was devestated when I crashed my van into a pole on vacation. I love my van. I called the dealership about getting an estimate and Joe Barone said he would take care of everything for me. He had me drop it off in Limerick the next day so I wouldn't have to try to find the shop in Reading, which was a huge help to this working mom. He dealt directly with my insurance people, kept me informed and did an amazing job repairing the van. He also took the time to fix two other paint issues with the van (unrelated to the accident). Then he dropped the van back off in Limerick for me. Mr. Barone is truly an asset to Piazza Honda and I would recommend Piazza to anyone. more

I really like the express service and the ease of getting in and out of the dealership. The service personnel have been very helpful in pointing out potentioal problems like needing new tires and not pushy for doing un-needed additional services. The recent experience, purchasing a used car from Piazza Honda of Pottstown, was the most pleasant one, involving a large purchase I have had in many, many years. The salesmen I worked with were Riz and Rich; both were great. I really had the sense that although they are in the business to sell cars, never-the-less their first priority was making certain that I purchased what I wanted and was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Brent Foltz, my salesman, was laid back and had a no pressure approach. He was low key, which helped make the sale, the best price. Greg, the sales manager, was very friendly and nice and made every effort to make it a pleasant experience. Don, the finance manager, stayed after closing hours, to complete the sale. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with Piazza Honda of Pottstown. From day one, the service department was amazing; clean, efficient, pleasant, and I felt no high pressure for any of the services they offer. My Pilot was always returned to me clean and in a timely fashion. Everyone in their service department deserves kudos, because they do a great job, and seem to truly enjoy what they're doing. This past Saturday, it was time to turn in my Pilot for another Honda. I had called Piazza previously to speak to a salesman about my turn in options. The salesman, whom I initally spoke to and subsequently purchased my car from, was Ben Grinar. Ben is smart, very polite, efficient, and he knows his Hondas. I was so pleased, that I believe my daughter and son-in-law will return to Piazza and Ben to purchase the new Honda Odyssey. This dealership and all of the wonderful people who work there, are to be commended by Honda and the dealership owner on a job extremely well done. I will recommend Ben and Piazza to all of my friends and associates. more

I dealt with two sales representatives, one was Steve Minford and the other Brent Foltz. They worked together as a team. Both acted with integrity, fair, honest and did not play any games. Aweful place! Traded my WRX for an Accord SE. Everyone friendly when taking your money but not so helpful after the fact. All 4 windows in the certified Accord SE are rattling very badly - almost to the point where i'm afraid they will drop. Made numberous phone calls to discuss the situation which lead nowhere. Brought the car in for service (3 days after driving it off the lot). Serviced called me back saying they don't hear anything- I told them to go on Rt 422 and to call me back. Never got a call back until late evening saying my car was done. I asked what was done - "" Lubed all the seals around the windows"". Picked car up next day - nothing was fixed. VERY VERY useless place and staff. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! Wish I never traded in my WRX. Cons: Unfriendly-NOT HELPFUL more
