I am pleased with my new Honda Civic and the entire buying experience that I had Piazza Honda of Pottstown. Having only purchased an automobile from the dealership owned by a family friend. I was reluctant to go anywhere else. From the beginning of the process, Karl Diesel was a pleasure to work with. He promptly answered my Internet inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was quickly met on the showroom floor and he was eager to answer all of my questions. I received a no-pressure sales approach. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with the Piazza Auto Group again. but more importantly, I would gladly refer my friends and family to Karl when they are in the market for a new car. A very satisfied customer!
