I wanted to take a moment to compliment the shuttle drivers. They are awesome!! I used the shuttle service the other day and was extremely pleased. There were two different drivers and both of them made the trip back and forth to the dealer a complete joy. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention the other staff members who I have encountered. All of the people who work in the garage are awesome as well. They always greet me with a smile and seem to remember me every time. The two ladies who are at the cashier counter always ease the pain of the invoice! I always find myself having a conversation that seems to lessen the pain of my credit card transaction. I have been coming to Piazza for years and want everyone to know that the staff really makes a difference and makes each visit pleasant!
