I had a very pleasant experience at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill!! The staff was very helpful and friendly and I work in Drexel Hill too so I took advantage of the free shuttle service and was more than happy with the service provided and the nice conversation with the driver. I will surely be back for more service on our vehicle! more

Stan went out of his way to call me on the day before NYE, followed up on NYE and calmed me down on a hard day and helped prepare me for the next day. The rest of the staff were on the case too ... they really trust each other as a team. Your professional, dedicated to the customer and nice staff keep me coming back. Nice is hard to find! more

Paul, the body shop manager, is a great asset to your company. I had bought my Honda Accord and one month later I got a scratch on the fender. Paul offered to touch it up for free. It was very nice of him to do this. Afterwards, it confirmed that I chose the right dealer to buy from. Also, I was impressed with the way I was introduced to the repair staff - who were going to work on my car. Paul is outstanding and has great customer service! more

The service team was top flight. Susan took care of me from start to finish. I had a VW for years and that dealer always took care of me with service and loaner cars when I had to have service. This team is on the correct path, I give them an A+. more
