My wife and I had the intentions to look at Honda, Toyota and Dodge minivans, but after meeting with Frank Crinite and seeing the Odyssey, we didn't need to look any further. Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in knowing the answers to not only our questions about the van, but also about the process. In addition, everything he committed to us on the first day we met was exactly what we got when we went in a week later to pick up the van. That may seem odd to hear, but I have had issues with every car I have bought as an adult so it was great not having any last minute surprises. All in all the experience was great and while we are not likely in the car market now for another 5 years or so when I am due, I can tell you I will certainly have Honda, Piazza specifically, as my first stop. We have already had a few of our friends with older Odysseys ask about our van and we have told them to go see Frank because he was so great to work with.
