Great! 3/7/2012

John Mara was a great sales consultant. I recently leased a 2012 Honda LX for 3 years. Before making the decision to lease I met several times with John. Never once did I feel pressured. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. He did everything possible to get me a great deal. John is a real peoples person. He is a real asset to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill to any perspective buyer. more

Professional Atmosphere 11/29/2011

My wife and I were in Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill yesterday looking at Hondas. We ended up with a beautiful Accord. I wanted to pass on kudos to Frank Crinite and your finance manager, Shawn Pecora. They did a superb job! They made us feel at ease and were very professional and courteous. Frank knew everything we asked about the model and then some. I just wanted to thank them for a delightful experience and we will certainly be suggesting to our friends to shop here. more

My experience was truly great. Other dealerships rush you into buying too fast, not at Piazza. Bill Reid was so nice. He showed us 4 or 5 cars. Within 40 minutes we had picked one out. I couldn't believe it. My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you very much Bill Reid! Everything was done great. I never bought a car so fast before. We tell everyone about how easy it was dealing with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. more

I like my Honda very much. It took me time to learn the shift on the console as all my cars had the shift on the wheel. I am pleased with the service department at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. I had my car there twice since I bought it. The service was very good; employees are helpful. I would 100% recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill! more

Since my purchase of my Honda Accord at Piazza, it has continued to be a pleasant experience. Any and all maintenance checks, service performance and yearly inspections have, and will continue to be done only at your dealership. The service is reliable and the staff is wonderful. If I need to stay on sight while my car is being serviced, the waiting area serves as a convenient and comfortable location. Not only did I buy a quality product, but I believe my car's reliable performance has been enhanced by the knowledgeable and professional service of the mechanics. Great Service on Short Notice 6/29/2011

I was returning home to VA after a wonderful afternoon visiting friends. Our 2006 CR-V decided it was time to flash some warning lights on the instrument cluster. I called our service advisor in VA and he suggested I try a Pep Boys or similar store to check the diagnostic code. Just as he was telling me that, I looked up and spotted the sign of Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. It was 4:30 when I pulled into your service area. George Haasis was the advisor that greeted me. In just minutes, he had the car checked and told me that the Vtec pressure switch had failed. I decided to take the chance and drive home. I just wanted to thank you for the great service late in the day! more

Stay Away 6/25/2011

Used car salesman was pushy with no social skills. Asked same questions over and over and then told me to ""raise my expectations"" meaning the prices I had in mind (basically around blue book value) were too low. Really? I think I'll buy my cars elsewhere based on this experience. more

Best dealership 6/6/2011

Thanks to everyone for the help with my Civic. The A/C is ice cold (colder than before the problem!) I have dealt with 2 other local honda dealerships previously, but Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill's service department has treated me great, so I will be coming to Piazza from now on! more

When I was at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill, the service personnel treated me well. They were enjoyable and friendly. The service was done faster than I expected. I expected to be there an hour, but it was done a lot less than an hour. \r \r \r more
