Carpet stretching 8/21/2013

Had my carpet stretched the tech did a great job and was very friendly, was there about 2 hours and charged $450 he did a good job I just though the price was a little high. more

Outstanding service and results. 8/20/2013

I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning for both their carpet cleaning service and their tile cleaning service. What stood out was the professionalism displayed in my home. They were prompt, calling me to let me know when they would be there within 20 minutes. It looked great, too. The white tiles looked brand new and no longer had black grout. more

Carpet stretching 8/12/2013

Repairman showed up on time. He went through the rooms and provided an estimate for the work. Once we agreed on the terms he started right in. The work was done fast and efficiently. The only minor problem was that he said he would provide an invoice via email But, I have not received one. I would recommend this company to friends. Fast and efficient! Wow! 8/9/2013

From the time we sent an email, to the time we heard from PHX Carpet Repair and Cleaning, only a matter of minutes had elapsed. The first trip was involved... replacing a 3' x 10' piece of carpet plus stretching the carpet in most rooms of the house. I had them back when I realized I'd missed one small spot. The technician, Rob, was punctual, polite and efficient. I knew the work paid off when our Realtor commented on how great the flooring looked. more

Called Robert on Thursday afternoon, and they were here early Friday morning to fix the ripple in our carpet. Rob was very pleasant, worked fast and was out by 10a.m. ! The carpet looks great, and saved us from having to replace our carpet. We highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair. more

I'm unsatisfied and would not recommend this company. 7/24/2013

My wife scheduled an appointment to have a carpet stretched in a room that was going to be painted the next day. We also wanted the carpet fixed so we could use the closet sliding doors properly. we were quoted $150. When the serviceman came he told my wife that we just needed to buy guides for the doors and did nothing else other than stretch the room which was totally empty. He was here for about 40 minutes and said the minimum was $150. That was $225 per hour. Knowing that the painting the room was on a time line, my wife paid the full price for what we felt was for half of a job. I had a room stretched for $75 a couple of years ago. I'll never use this company again and I'll let everyone I know about our poor experience. We did give your wife a price on the Phone when your wife booked the job. Our IICRC Certified technician called a half hour before the appointment time. Our tech was trying to help when he told you were you can by the glides and install them yourself. Before we started the job we gave the price of the carpet stretching. Excellent, One Technical Glitch 7/15/2013

We called PCR and Jenny was very prompt in returning my call (and I mean within 15 minutes or so). We arranged a date and time for a technician to come out. Unfortunately, I think a technical issue occured and no one came. After calling PCR back, Jenny promptly rescheduled and apologized profusely for the inconvenience and made it right. Rob came to my apartment to repair/stretch the damaged areas of the carpet where my pups decided it would be a great idea to chew up. He did what he could to stretch the carpet but ended up having to make a small replacement. The carpet patch he used matched perfectly and looked flawless! He was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company based on Rob's workmanship and quality. more

Amazing! 7/11/2013

I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I requested that they contact me and received a call within a few hours that day. The person that called was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They picked up my carpet within a few days, then returned it to me within a few days. I couldn't believe it. They get an A+++ from me. What a difference! The repair patches are hardly noticeable, the transition from tile to carpet is excellent, and the upstairs carpet is smooth like it should be. The workman was courteous and highly professional. I would highly recommend this company! I can hardly wait to use their carpet cleaning services. more

Carpet Repair and Carpet Cleaning 6/22/2013

An oil-based wood stain was spilled on the 2-year old carpet and would not come out. I found Phoenix Carpet on Angie's List. I made an appointment for repair and Robert arrived on time. He removed the stained carpet including the pad (necessary as it was an oil-based stain). They brought a piece of replacement padding. The carpet section was replaced with a carpet piece from the closet. The closet carpet was replaced with a similar carpet piece from the truck. Great job! I am more than pleased. I know where the repair is and can find it if I look, but no one else notices the repair. It blends in nicely. I made an appointment to have the carpets cleaned the following week after receiving a better estimate than I had gotten from another company. Once again, Phoenix Carpet arrived on time and did an excellent job with no add on charges(so common with other companies). The carpet cleaning made the previous repair almost invisible. I am quite pleased with their work and will always call them in the future. more
