Awesome folks to deal with 2/26/2013

I left a message over the weekend to have a small, but obvious & ugly, "snag" repaired in my Berber carpet. I was promptly contacted on Monday morning. By Tuesday morning the job was completed. The technician was on time, courteous, respectful, & completed the job professionally. It looks GREAT!Thanks so much for saving the day! Best of all ... the price was right! more

Excellent Service! 2/25/2013

I called to get a quote on 4 spots of my carpet that needed patching. Not only did they respond right away but were at my house within an hour. The pricing was more than fair and the customer service was top notch. The repairs were done quickly and you cant tell there was ever a spot missing. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to a friend! more

PERFECTION! 2/23/2013

We live in North Scottsdale and had two tears from our dog in the carpet. We are very tough customers. I assumed I would have to replace the carpet. I have seen on line photos of repairs from other companies and they look awful. I did not want to be able to see the repair. Robert came and was the most profession service man I have met. He did a repair that you can not see. I am not a fan of carpet but with Phoenix Carpet Repair I am appreciating the warmth carpet brings to our home. Knowing our carpet can be repaired in a manner that is unrecognizable is great! I am now going to use this company for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. Our house is an investment and with this company our carpet and flooring will continue to look wonderful. There is no one that can do a repair like ACR can! more

Had major damage at the door to daughters room by the dogs, also trip in family room damaged by dogs as well. 2/22/2013

Robert and his crew kept the appointment time called in advance to arrival to verify. Very professional. Did an amazing job to fix a very difficult major repair to carpet at the door to the bedroom. Large dogs had shredded it. Done fairly quickly on the repairs and then had them cleaned. Cleaning was thorough and they did an outstanding job. Will have them back to clean next time too. more

Clean and efficient 2/20/2013

This is a professional operation. The techs have a clean appearance, and keep the work area clean as they go along. I had a repair patch done in a doorway, and it blended right in with the existing carpet. Based on this job I would recommend them to anybody who needed repair work, and would use them for cleaning services too. more

From a very picky cleaning lady 2/13/2013

While I think my floors are clean, after 5 years ground in dirt does get into the grout. No matter how much mopping they still looked dirty. Your company has made the floors look just as good as the day we closed escrow...wait I take that back...better than the day we closed escrow because now not only do they look brand new again, the are sparkling clean. Carpet repair, tile cleaning and carpet cleaning 2/13/2013

The gentlement arrived on time and went right to work. The carpet was repaired and looks much better now. The tile and carpet look much better after the cleaning. Service was Great! All around good experience! Thanks 2/6/2013

Alan, the repair tec, was on time, friendly, explained what he was doing and even allowed me to vacuum around the edges of the room when he pulled back the carpet. My Dining room no longer has a big crease down the middle! Very Happy with his work Mike, the cleaning tec, was on time, friendly and gave me a lot of good information. He also explained what he was doing and was very knowledgable. Carpet looks great, no more puppy messes. After cleaning the smell of the puppy messes was very strong so Mike came back out and sprayed something (sorry forgot what it was)free of charge and the smell is almost gone. The team is very professional and good at what they do. they quote a price and the bill is for the same amount as the quote. I had my carpets cleaned and mike was friendly courteous, prompt and thorough in his work which include stairs. I'm pleased with the results and will use this service the next time I have need of carpet repair or cleaning!! more

It's true what they say! 1/31/2013

I relocated to the east coast and needed the carpets in my house in arizone cleaned to prepare my house for my renters. After 3 years of kids and pets the carpets definitely got plenty of wear. When i called i was impressed with the customer service from Jennifer and their flexibility in working with me being out of state. My renters are so pleased with the job they did. They said the carpets look like new and all the stains have literally vanished. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. I dont normally write reviews but just felt the need to say thank you! more

Excellent and prompt service! 1/7/2013

I needed a small job to be repaired quickly. I needed to replace carpet on one step that was stained/burned. I called Robert at 5 minutes to closing and got know answer. I thought they went for the day. Two minutes later Robert calls back and sets up and early appointment the next business day. Alan, the carpet technician repaired the step very quickly. He also helped tack down a few other steps that were showing gaps at the joints. I would highly recommend this company. Service and attitude were wonderful. Would highly recommend this company! 1/1/2013

I needed a small hole repaired in my carpet in the middle of my bedroom. I had spare carpeting left in my garage. However, when Alan arrived, he pointed out that it was a slightly different carpet, so the repair would be evident. Alan was still able to fix the carpet for what he quoted me over the phone, to the extent that I cannot find the repair job in the carpet at all. Alan arrived to my appointment on time, was professional in conversation and dress, and was efficient with getting the job done much faster than I thought he would. I will use his company again in the future and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing a carpet repair job done. Thank you so much Alan! more

Very satisfied with the results 12/16/2012

We needed the carpet in our basement stretched, tacked down and clean as a result of water entering from a water break in a flower bed outside next to the house. Given that the water traveled through 10 feet of water it was less than clean. After drying the carpet and removing the pad I needed someone to put it back the way it was before the problem. Phx Carpet Repair and Cleaning completed the job with excellent results. The carpets stretched, tacked, and cleaned like the incident never happened. Job well done. more

Very professional - no surprises-beautiful results! 12/13/2012

Concern about very noticeable carpet wrinkles in the middle of our living room was leading us to consider replacing our 9 year old carpet.
