Review content:
An oil-based wood stain was spilled on the 2-year old carpet and would not come out. I found Phoenix Carpet on Angie's List. I made an appointment for repair and Robert arrived on time. He removed the stained carpet including the pad (necessary as it was an oil-based stain). They brought a piece of replacement padding. The carpet section was replaced with a carpet piece from the closet. The closet carpet was replaced with a similar carpet piece from the truck. Great job! I am more than pleased. I know where the repair is and can find it if I look, but no one else notices the repair. It blends in nicely. I made an appointment to have the carpets cleaned the following week after receiving a better estimate than I had gotten from another company. Once again, Phoenix Carpet arrived on time and did an excellent job with no add on charges(so common with other companies). The carpet cleaning made the previous repair almost invisible. I am quite pleased with their work and will always call them in the future.
