Peterson's Autoplex

Aaron Moore was the salesman that helped my wife and I purchase our vehicle from Peterson. I am in sales as well and I have gotten pretty good at detecting a dishonest salesman/vendor. Aaron was very honest and helpful. He asked the right questions at the right times as to not push us into anything that we did not want to do but still keep us interested in purchasing this vehicle. He let us make our own decision and was really nothing more than a facilitator in helping my wife and I make the decision to purchase our vehicle which is the make of an excellent salesman. more

I traded my 2002 sports trac for a 2002 chevy silverado. and immediatley when i drove the truck off the lot it had a broken air conditioner and i called petersons and told them what was wrong they did not want to help in any way with getting the air conditioner fixed. and now i am going to get rid of the truck because it gets terriable gas mileage and i am up sidedown in my loan because the sold me the truck for more than the thing was worth. They are dishonest and not reliable when a truck is recently bought and act like their was nothing wrong with the air conditioner. I would not reccommend anybody going here because the do bad bussiness and are dishonest. more

Marlon Velazquez is more than a salesman, he went out of his way to help me purchase not ONE but THREE different cars. He found my last purchase for me on New Years Eve and took the time to have everything ready to sign and I was out of there in less than an hour! He is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Good: Great People with Awesome People Skills. Bad: Location is not ideal. Too much traffic. Improvements: None that I can think of. We found after many years of Peterson servicing our Toyota that they are reliable and fairly honest. Tom Scott Toyota however, is significantly cheaper on many repairs - such as brakes, interior electronics, etc. Peterson will price match if you ask them. We also had an incident once where the service rep said the h2o pump failed and she seemed very disappointed that we had an extended Toyota warranty - even argued with me over whether it was covered. (Toyota reimburses them lower labor rates under warranty repairs) more

I bought a Kia Sorento from Peterson Autoplex. Great sales staff, excellent deal. However, the service dept. is a real let down. Had to hound them to get recall parts ordered. Kept my car overnight without offering a rental. Am planning to buy an Audi and will NOT ever go there for service. more

I have an Audi that I had serviced here under warranty. It was a complete nightmare. They were enlisted to make a simple fix under warranty (broken driver side window). What commenced was 6 months of aggravation, including paint scratches (which had to be buffed and polished out), broken interior door parts, the wrong window ordered 3 times(!), weeks without my car while they bumbled around, etc. They have nice cars for sale here, but if you have to have your cars serviced under warranty, you are in for a rude awakening. I worked my way up the chain of command to get these issues addressed, but even the owner of the dealership seemed unconcerned with the abysmal service I received. Find someplace else to buy a nice car. Lyle Pearson's is a far better dealership. Peterson's doesn't focus on keeping their customers happy at all. more

Petersons is a great place to go if you are looking for a new luxury car. They carry most of the top names in automobiles. They also have used cars that fit all budgets. The sales staff is friendly and not too pushy. If you want to look at and test drive a car with no pressure this is a great place to go. Beautiful cars and nice people. more

If you are looking for a new car or used Petersons is the place to go. They are the only place in the valley that my parents will buy from. Over the last 10 years we have purchased all of our cars from them. We simply love the customer service, that are extremely willing to search out the perfect car for you and then fit it into you price range.
