Joe Egbert 5/27/2011

I bought a RAV4 from Joe Egbert. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but Joe helped me refine what I was looking for, even though it meant I bought a cheaper RAV4! He had my best interests at heart and I couldn't be happier. It was wonderful to work with a salesman that encompassed what a true salesman is. One who doesn't push me, but makes sure I get what is best for me. I recommend Joe to everyone I know and even hang his business card in my cubicle at work. more

LEXUS vs. Acura 5/19/2011

I've been looking for a new car for a few months now and I'm getting close to making a final decision on an Acura or a lexus RX. My salesman Joe Egbert has been extremly helpful showing me the bennifits and features of The lexus i have not felt pressured at all and I will likely make a decision at the end of the month. more

Dino is fantastic!! 5/19/2011

Dino did a great job for us. He made sure we looked at all of the vans that met our criteria and helped us make the best decision for our family. We love our new (to us) van and just came back from a road trip where we put 2500 miles on the van in a week. It is just what we wanted. We will be sure to talk to Dino the next time we need to buy a vehicle. Thanks for having such caring salespeople on your staff. more

2011 Tundra 5/9/2011

I bought my 2011 Black Tundra from Peterson's in January. Aaron, (the new guy at that point) was very professional as well as courteous and respectful. All of the sales staff were willing to lend a helping hand, and it was the overall willingness of the dealership to make a deal that was right for me that led me to buy my Tundra from them. Aaron, as well as the entire staff, made this buying experience by far and away the best that I have ever had and I will go back to Peterson's to buy my next Truck. Also, the Customizing on my truck that was done by Cody and his crew in the shop was fantastic as well. -John R more

Petersons is the best in the west! really!! 5/5/2011

Peterson Autoplex is the best in the west! Really!! We recently moved to another state, and I am constantly telling my husband that we need to move back to Idaho because Peterson's took care of us the right way! We have a 2007 Camry from them and we recently bought a brand new Sienna. My husband went all the way back to Idaho just to get it from Peterson Autoplex, because we were unable to find as great of a deal and the kind of good service that we always do with them. You can count on Petersons!! So happy with these guys! We will ALWAYS make the trip to Idaho to continue to do business with Peterson Autoplex. Thank you Petersons, for giving us a car dealer we can trust! more

Outstanding sales and service 4/15/2011

Peterson's Toyota came through again. My wife and I bought our second brand new Prius from Todd Labronte and we love it. Todd did a great job of educating us on the new features and didn't try to sell us things we didn't want. Great car, great dealership, great sales and service. Peterson's ... we'll see you again on the next purchase. more

The Best!!! 4/15/2011

I am a widow and have 3 teenage daughters-anyone knows how trying "car" decisions can be for us. Because of the used car manager and salesmen and their good care of us, I will always go to Peterson Autoplex. They never oversell - they look for what we think we want and what we can afford and as of now I have purchased about 8 cars from them. I have sent more than 20 of my family and friends to them too and they have taken good care of each one! I rate it FIVE STARS! more

Pleasant experience- not pushy 4/14/2011

We recently bought a new car @Petersons, our salesman was Aaron Moore. Aaron was professional, helpful and really helped us get the vehicle and the financing we came in looking for. He was not pushy and never did the 'back and forth' with his manager over trade values or prices: what a relief! I felt like we were treated fairly and honestly all the way around, what a good experience! They also worked our deal in a reasonable amount of time and went out of their way to hurry things up for us. more
