Review content:
I have an Audi that I had serviced here under warranty. It was a complete nightmare. They were enlisted to make a simple fix under warranty (broken driver side window). What commenced was 6 months of aggravation, including paint scratches (which had to be buffed and polished out), broken interior door parts, the wrong window ordered 3 times(!), weeks without my car while they bumbled around, etc. They have nice cars for sale here, but if you have to have your cars serviced under warranty, you are in for a rude awakening. I worked my way up the chain of command to get these issues addressed, but even the owner of the dealership seemed unconcerned with the abysmal service I received.
Find someplace else to buy a nice car. Lyle Pearson's is a far better dealership. Peterson's doesn't focus on keeping their customers happy at all.
