We found after many years of Peterson servicing our Toyota that they are reliable and fairly honest. Tom Scott Toyota however, is significantly cheaper on many repairs - such as brakes, interior electronics, etc. Peterson will price match if you ask them. We also had an incident once where the service rep said the h2o pump failed and she seemed very disappointed that we had an extended Toyota warranty - even argued with me over whether it was covered. (Toyota reimburses them lower labor rates under warranty repairs)
