honest, sincere, straightforward 8/28/2013

We went in to see about what we thought was one problem - it turned out there were many service issues. They were honest, suggested we not (yes, NOT) spend the money given the condition of the car. Yet they charged the battery, and gave us all the information. I will only go there for any future Volvo service. more

Peter's Autoworks is consistently efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always let you know of any issues or repairs they find and contact you prior to making repairs. You can tell they love volvos and they love providing good service. more

I can count on Peter's Auto Works to ensure prompt, professional service. Fixing a Volvo can be spendy, but I think their rates are fair and their expertise is such that the speed with which they fix my car helps minimize the labor costs. more

Caring and Friendly 5/10/2013

I would assume most customers are in a similar situation; a volvo with a lot of miles on it that is always going to have some kind of issue. The team at Peter's is incredibly well versed on Volvos and I trust their opinions. However, I think they could do a little better job helping customers prioritize repairs. I am not going to spend thousands of dollars on a car that is only worth a few thousand. It would be nice if they helped customers rank the importance of their issues. more

It was a tough job 5/6/2013

When my warning light about the brakes came on, I knew it needed fixing. My regular mechanic, who is quite good, couldn't solve it other than it wasn't a sensor on the wheel. Unfortunately, it was costly fixing it, replacing a rear axle, but that solved the problem, with no significant false steps. Drives like new! more
