suzuki radiator 3/31/2014

Took our '99 Suzuki Grand Vitara in for a crack in the radiator. Fixed within 1 week and Perry was in constant communication about everything needed repaired/everything they repaired. Car runs without overheating and finally has heat again! Did the testing we requested and ONLY the work we OK'ed. more

The best front counter in the state 3/21/2014

Staff is very welcoming. Makes me feel very comfortable. Customer servide is 5 stars because I called back after my oil change with a concern and you scheduled me for the next day to resolve. You replaced my steering colum for a great price and fixed another problem in the process. But.......the tech did not center my steering wheel with the new colum. I called, talked to Jeff and thought he would call me back after he talked to the tech. No call yet. Minor annoyance but it is not quite right and should be fixed. more

Jeep trauma 3/13/2014

The job was completed (or so I thought). I had to take it back for some additional items that were not done correctly. However, Perry's were very apologetic and made it right. more

Honest! 3/10/2014

We took our sons Jeep Wrangler in for repair. We originally were quoted $500, but when we picked it up, they informed us that they did not have to replace one of the parts so the cost ended up $397! more

Fast and efficient 3/5/2014

I have gone to Perry's several times now for oil changes for my vehicles. They are very fast and efficient. What I like is that I take my car in for service and do not get this added pressure for more add on services. more

always friendly and never takes a long time . 2/27/2014

i call you always friendly on the phone and when i get there and you know a lot of the people that you service by name or car and that is nice don't have to wait a long time and you do have free hot beverages or cold and that is nice even though i bring my own but i know something is there if not and the place is clean with clean restrooms and never any cussing i love these people thank GOD for them more

I like your business because 1) you work like a team and are very courteous. 2) You have never tried to sell me unneeded items/ service. 3) Your people are very knowledgeable. 4) I feel I can send anyone to you and not have to worry about them not getting treated right. Great Service 2/19/2014

Gurley-Leep had told me that I had 4 lights out on the rear of my vehicle. Their estimate for replacement of these 4 lights was a total of $114. When I took my car to Perry Automotive for a lube and oil change they replaced all those lights at no charge. Needless to say my car will never see the interior of Gurley-Leep's service department again. And, I will tell everyone I know about this incident. more

Outstanding automotive service as well as customer service 2/12/2014

I have taken my Suzki to Perry Automotive for couple of years now and the service is outstanding because they actually take the time to listen to your concerns and what you might think the problem is. Then they do a full inspection and locate the problem and fix it but don't charge you a arm and a leg to do so. That is why I will continue to bring my vehicles to Perry. Thanks guys for all you help. more
