had an appointment was running 5 minutes late I was told the tire rotation would not happen because I was late so I rescheduled for the next day I get there and they are 45 minute...

My husband took my van in to get it checked and serviced. They were very quick to diagnose and fix the issue, did not over charge or try to give us the run around. Very honest place and we will be taking all of our cars there for any future work. more

Another Fantastic Job 7/30/2013

Perry Automotive has impressed me once again. I went in to have an alignment done and get my AC looked at. Not long after getting checked in, Shawn called me over to let me know that an alignment would be a waste of my money because my front tires were so worn down. He advised that I get new tires before doing the alignment to save myself the trouble later. He then walked me outside to show me exactly what my tires looked like, what was wrong, and what I needed to do. The fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was more invested in my time and money than them making money means everything. Perry Automotive is once again, the best. more

love the company. shawn is the greatest. had a very long wait because wrong parts came in. hope they make it up on my next visit as promise. overall my referral to this shop was good.I would love to meet the mechanics who works on the cars, i like to know who's doing my work....see ya soon. more

Dont waste your money 7/12/2013

My check engine light was on they called me and said i would need all my coils replaced for $700.00, come to find out they did not even take the time to diagnosis the real problem which was oil on my plugs causing them to foul out. On top of everything they charged me $40.00 just to hook up a code reader which any auto part store does for free. I would of been happy if they would of spent more than two minutes to actually figure out what the real problem was instead of guessing. Don't wast your money go to a professional. more
