Terrible office management. I went in for regular cleaning and x-rays, and my dental insurance paid all but $40. They never updated my information. They sent the $40 bill to my old address and never called me. When it went unpaid for a co...uple of months they sent it to a COLLECTION AGENCY! My excellent credit was RUINED by their office putting a COLLECTION AGENCY line on my credit report…for $40!!! THEY NEVER CALLED ME ONCE! Just sent it off and ruined my credit. When I found out I called their office and paid the $40 right away, but the COLLECTION AGENCY line stays on my credit report for SEVEN YEARS!! The dentist was okay, but trust me…you won’t want this office management ruining your credit…do what I wish I had done, go somewhere else. more

My name is Jason D, My whole life I have feared dentists, I am a military vet of 13yrs and have had allot of bad experiences with dental work. but I needed so many procedures that just could not wait any longer, so I made an appointment with Freeman family Dentistry. They made me feel comfortable and went through the screening and told me what I needed. then they scheduled all my work and had everything done in a very timely manner. They were very clean and caring about everything they did. They are very good with my kids, Thank you Dr. Freeman and Dr. Duffle, I will always come to see you!! Highly recommended!!! more

Dr Freeman office did a great dental work for my child; however, the billing was sort of a disappointment. I paid a co-pay before the procedure, and I was told that they will bill my insurance for the rest of the cost, but then almost a month later I got a bill from them for as much as twice much as I co-paid. It's not even a question of the price but the way it was done. I called them, but no one would say why I was not explained about the expected cost. They either don't know how to work with insurance companies or just do their business that way. I am not going to bring my kids there again. more

My son has been going to Dr. Freeman for about 2 yrs. and he really enjoys going to the dentist. He really likes the assistants for Dr. Freeman. The staff is very friendly and it is usually pretty easy to make an appointment. more

My husband and I went to Dr. Freeman. My husband is extremly scared of dentist. Dr. Freeman was able to put him at easy while he needed several dental proceedures done. They were very upfront at what pain he might feel. He has since gone back serveral times, which is no easy feat for him. Dr. Freeman's office uses only white fillings for a cavity. They do a wonderful job matching your teeth color. PROS: Close and easy to get an appointment. CONS: none more
