They've generally cared about the work they do. I've been in for fillings, wisdom teeth and crowns. So, 3 Bad points then 5 good points: The bad : 1) One assistant who, when I said my teeth hurt from sweets, told me to stop eating sweets. I was hoping for a sensitive tooth treatment plan, or at least to an explanation if there was nothing they could do. That was a one off thing. 2) Got an infection on one filling once. they redid it for free though. 3)The only consistent thing has been getting feedback at every step. I didn't get the option to keep my wisdom teeth (I was a minor at the time, so that may have been part of it) and they changed a few details about my crowns on the fly without asking for an okay. The Good: They care. 1) I've been shown my xrays on he computer screen, and they point out what problems are so you know they aren't making stuff up. 2) When I got my wisdom teeth out, didn't feel a thing. 3) Took to many years off from dentist visits, and had a crud ton of cavities to get filled. My teeth looked like swiss cheese during a break. and I know that because, they saw me trying to get a glimpse of a reflection on the equipment, and handed me a mirror. 4) had an easy and difficult crown. Had *A LOT* of pain suddenly and got a walk in within the hour. Explained what was causing it, how they would fix it, and gave me free followups until the crown fit right. Had to redo it because that tooth has always been wonky. Free redo. 5) noticed a discoloration of my front teeth, gave a free tooth cleaning in a couple of minutes when I was there for another thing. They look good now. more

Dr Freeman office (Dr Duffle) did a great dental work for my child; however, the billing was sort of a disappointment. I paid a co-pay before the procedure, and I was told that they will bill my insurance for the rest of the cost, but then almost a month later I got a bill from them for as much as twice much as I co-paid. It's not even a question of the price but the way it was done. I called them, but no one would say why I was not explained about the expected cost. They either don't know how to work with insurance companies or just do their business that way. I am not going to bring my kids there again. more

My teenaged son and I were both in need of a dental exam and care, so I called Dr. Freeman's office, here in Moore. I was very pleased that we were both able to get in, as new patients, within two weeks, as it seems that so many offices around here tell you it will be at least two months! We went in, and Dr. Freeman treated us both with respect and care. My son went in today for a filling. He was really nervous, as he had never had one before. The main thing he was afraid of was the numbing shot! Well, we got in there and he went back to the room, while I sat in the waiting area with my youngest son. It wasn't long before I got a text message, saying that he had already had the shot, and it didn't hurt a bit! He was done in about half an hour, and came out smiling... although his mouth is still a bit numb, he was completely relieved that he underwent the entire process without feeling pain. Boy, am I relieved, as my turn is next week! more
