Terrible office management. I went in for regular cleaning and x-rays, and my dental insurance paid all but $40. They never updated my information. They sent the $40 bill to my old address and never called me. When it went unpaid for a co...uple of months they sent it to a COLLECTION AGENCY! My excellent credit was RUINED by their office putting a COLLECTION AGENCY line on my credit report…for $40!!! THEY NEVER CALLED ME ONCE! Just sent it off and ruined my credit. When I found out I called their office and paid the $40 right away, but the COLLECTION AGENCY line stays on my credit report for SEVEN YEARS!! The dentist was okay, but trust me…you won’t want this office management ruining your credit…do what I wish I had done, go somewhere else.
