I typically don't take the time to post reviews online, but I was so impressed with Peppers that I couldn't help but brag on them a little. I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner from the time I called the office to place a service call to when my service technicaian arrived at my home. (Which by the way - was same day service)AND VERY AFFORDABLE! The secretary and technician were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely recommend them to others. more

In 2006 they came out and gave me an estimate and offered the best price. They even had the same equipment that matched the one unit I already had in my house. They came in and installed it quickly and very professionally. Two years later they came in and installed another unit and did it for the same price that they had charged me two years prior. They have worked for my mother-in-law and son-in-law, and did an amazing job with no complaints. They showed up on time and always prepared. Kent Redmon more

It ended up taking Peppers Heating & Air Conditioning about two weeks to install my upstairs system. It wasn't installed correctly at first, and they had to keep coming out 4-5 times because it was working. At first, they responded very quickly, however, I'm still waiting for them to come out and fix a leak onto my ceiling, and this all happened at the end of August. The guy said he didn't have the right tools on his truck and then he'd be back. I'm still waiting for him to come back! I have used Peppers before, they installed my downstairs unit and did a very good job with that. Of course I thought to use them again this time, but unfortunately I just haven't had the same experience. more

They have installed systems for me a a few different houses. They are a very good company to work with. Whenever I've needed work done, Peppers has always come back with a competitive bid. And their warranties are really good, as well. They can even handle insurance claims. One time I suffered some damage to my systems after lightening struck my home, and they handled all the paperwork for me. I originally found Peppers in the yellow pages, calling around for bids. They impressed me, and I haven't used anyone else since. They are a family business, and you can tell so by the way they act and treat their customers. They are easy to work with, dependable and reliable. I wouldn't use another heating and air company. more

They are professional, reliable, friendly, prompt and accurate. Plus, they offer reasonable prices. I'd recommend their services to anybody! more

Recently contacted a local Heating and Air company to come out and service our air conditioner. We were impressed with the same day service they provided. We had an AC unit that went out. Peppers Heating & Air Conditioning worked with us to replace the unit for us. Then they made sure that the check wasn't going to bounce, they really took care of us first which was very impressive. They worried about the money part second, which you don't find with most places. We are very happy with the unit, it's been working great. Peppers definitely stands behind what they do, and are very trustworthy and not just out to get your money! more

My overall experience with Peppers has been good. Ted Peppers put the original unit in here 37 years ago. Since that time, there have been any number of heating and air conditioning modifications, and the younger men in the family have pretty much taken over. Ted is retired now, but Peppers have never left me in a lurch. I'm in bad health, and they have never left me in a bad situation for an extended period. The service has been good, and I've been fairly satisfied. Rodney is in charge now, and the other son, Todd, has bee in that position before. The people who do the technical work, well they all do, and they've all been good. What I'm trying to say is that I don't have any negative experiences to share. George L. Clackum more

Just as advertised. No nonsense same-day service on a very hot day. Called in the am with error code off my A/C. Arrived 5 hours later, did a complete test, had part on hand, and completed repair -- all for a very fair price!! Got to love Peppers, I will use them again. more

AC unit went out. First called Sears, and they could not come out for two days. My wife searched the web, called Peppers, and they could come out the next day. The technician came out on time and fixed the problem (a bad capacitor) VERY quickly. He was very polite, efficient and knew what he was doing. I wrote a check, he gave me a receipt, and off he went. And when I called, I talked directly to a human who speaks great English right away. This does NOT happen calling Sears and some of the other big networks. more

I was well pleased with Peppers Heating & Air Conditioning all the way! It's nice to be able to communicate with a company that will tell you what they think and help you with suggestions to make good decisions. When my furnace finally went out, I called Peppers and the very next day they were able to come out. It took them about four hours to install it, which was amazingly fast to me. I haven't found any faults with them or the work they did. I think they're great! David M. Black more
