AC unit went out. First called Sears, and they could not come out for two days. My wife searched the web, called Peppers, and they could come out the next day.
The technician came out on time and fixed the problem (a bad capacitor) VERY quickly. He was very polite, efficient and knew what he was doing. I wrote a check, he gave me a receipt, and off he went.
And when I called, I talked directly to a human who speaks great English right away. This does NOT happen calling Sears and some of the other big networks.
