My overall experience with Peppers has been good. Ted Peppers put the original unit in here 37 years ago. Since that time, there have been any number of heating and air conditioning modifications, and the younger men in the family have pretty much taken over. Ted is retired now, but Peppers have never left me in a lurch. I'm in bad health, and they have never left me in a bad situation for an extended period. The service has been good, and I've been fairly satisfied.
Rodney is in charge now, and the other son, Todd, has bee in that position before. The people who do the technical work, well they all do, and they've all been good. What I'm trying to say is that I don't have any negative experiences to share.
