Called Penguin Air to see if the heating unit would cause a beeping sound. Was referred to Joe and with a busy schedule, worked me in, came to the house on time and fixed the problem quickly. Joel also performed one of my annual maintenance service and he is exceptional with a great combination of customer service and knowledge. Nice to know there are still people that take pride in what they do. I would recommend Joel for some type of recognition. Hope he is scheduled for my calls every time. more

My sewage output clogged and sewage waste backed up into both tubs and bathrooms. Michael contacted me within about 20 minutes and was at the house within about 15 minutes after the call. He was polite, worked quickly, and was generous enough to fix a leak that was unrelated to the original problem without additional charge. Great service. I strongly recommend their service. The human verification method used by judy's book is annoying, and it's a testament to the service provided by Michael at Penguin that I'm bothering to go to the effort. more

Very curteous,explaining what the serviced included. Unfortunately, he was unable to get to the clean-out valve, but explained what could be done and I opted not to have it done at this time. Cale was very professional and wore booties into the house. I would recommend Penguin and ask for Cale. more

I had a new air conditioner unit installed in less than 5 hours on December 2014. I solicited 15 vendors and penguin air was the best price with numerous free add-on's. with a free 5 year maintenance contract, every 6 months the unit gets serviced. also I just received a free inspection on all plumbing. Michael was very thorough, professional and answered all questions. I have been so satisfied with this honest contractor, of which is very hard to find these day's. This past Saturday I had a leak under my kitchen sink caused by a faulty faucet. I called Penguin Air and the next available Tech – Michael was sent out. He and his helper were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. He installed the new faucet without any issues – or floods. Great job Michael. Karen T. more

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Penguin Air (Michael S.) was able to come out within about a half an hour and fix the issue (we needed a new valve in our shower that had started to leak). Not only did they replace the valve, but they also noticed all the drywall behind the tiles by the valve had deteriorated and mold had started to grow. Once this was noticed they realized we had a larger problem and they were able to get the ball rolling to get this fixed as soon as possible. Michael and his apprentice were very courteous and did an excellent job (including cleaning up the work area). I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend Penguin Air for plumbing needs. more

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Steve. He came out to my house at 8PM (in the dark!) to figure out why my ac wasn't blowing cold air. Even though he was not able to locate a leak, he told me he would recommend that a senior tech would come out to try to locate the leak. He did put Freon in my system and left me with a unit blowing cold air. He also changed my ac filter, and even dusted the front of my very high on the wall vent! He was a great advocate for Penguin Air, assuring me that getting my unit fixed and having me be happy were the main concerns of both him and Penguin Air. Steve is a real asset to this company. more

Steve was prompt, and courteous. Each question I asked he had a professional answer that was easy to understand. He represented Penguin Air and himself very well. If all Penguin Air technicians are as professional as Steve, I see a long lasting company. The R-22 was higher than the past but I know that is only because R-22 is going away in 5 years, and I am sure the pricing for it will be much higher by then. Adding R-22 is an obvious clue that I have a leak somewhere, which I will have to address another day as I have to go and get a needle and thread to sew up this hole now in my pocket!!! Just like the automotive industry switching from R-12 to R-134 years past, my advise to people is put away $$$$ now and prepare for R-22 high prices / new AC units 2020 forward... as I am. If you are purchasing a home today, make sure it has the new R-410A Freon A/C units. more

Today we had prompt and courteous service from Robert M. He asked me exactly what problem we were having with our A/C and after fixing it, again asked if there was anything else he could do for us. We have had nothing but exceptional service from Penguin Air for the past 3 years since buying our A/C from them. I highly recommend them. more
