I was very satisfied with the service provided by Steve. He came out to my house at 8PM (in the dark!) to figure out why my ac wasn't blowing cold air. Even though he was not able to locate a leak, he told me he would recommend that a senior tech would come out to try to locate the leak. He did put Freon in my system and left me with a unit blowing cold air. He also changed my ac filter, and even dusted the front of my very high on the wall vent! He was a great advocate for Penguin Air, assuring me that getting my unit fixed and having me be happy were the main concerns of both him and Penguin Air. Steve is a real asset to this company.
