Home Inspection of heating and cooling systems 2/10/2016

Steve quickly and in a efficient manner checked our heating and cooling system. He indicated there was no problems presently with in the system. He did offer more than one service to forestall and increase the life of the system. He cited numerous reasons for the additional services but accepted my rejections in a business like manner. more

Chad took the time to listen to my air flow concerns, devise several options for solution, and educate me. Although I had not budgeted for any additional HVAC expenses, Chad was able to negotiate a more agreeable discount for the solution I chose. more

Excellent customer service. Alan and Leo were very professional and courteous. Their work was completed to my satisfaction. They also left my house the way it was before very clean. Great Job! 12/1/2015

Days before we were leaving out of town, our water mainline broke. As you can imagine, we were very concerned about getting the repairs done in a timely manner. The repairs were completed and the technician took special care to make sure our work was done. He even returned to triple check it! Great work! Thank you Penguin Air and Plumbing! more

plumbing service call on the weekend 11/16/2015

I fully appreciate the quality service and respect that my family received from Michael S. at Penguin Air and Home Services. We woke-up to a water leak the wall, and Michael was at our home within an hour of our phone call. The stopped the leak and explained the situation thoroughly. In addition, he provided recommendations for us on the repair to the damaged wall, carpet, cabinets, etc. His professionalism and dedication to quality customer service is very hard to find these days. We are extremely pleased that we made this phone call to this company. more
