First Time Here 7/18/2014

This was the first time I have have a car serviced at a dealership. The standard sigma of over priced/over complicated dealership maintenance departments have kept me away. Not here though. I will be returning to the Pearson Hyundai service center for my future needs. They were able to schedule a 7am appointment so that I could avoid taking time off work. They had my car serviced and cashier paid by 7:40. Also, they have a very nice waiting lounge, including coffee, bottled water, leather loungers, large flat screen TVs (with remotes), and free wifi. more

The gentlemen in the service center are always polite and friendly. They always explain what service will be done on your car and if and only if something else is needed they don't pressure you to have other repairs or filters added. They will make a recommendation. more

Forgot sticker for next oil change, serv advisor and mech had two different versions of cause of engine noise, wrong milage on service ticket, 2nd trip to fix faulty clock, $6 charge added to bill for bogus enviro charge and shop supplies (15%), no return phone call from service mgr to report problems even thoght there was a big yellow sticker on my bill that said if I could not report all 10s in the post service email survey, to call the manager . I did. No call. more

The service dept. go out of it way to help you with your problem and they really look to see if your problem is under warranty. I think it separate them from the rest of the service dept in the Richmond area. Of course that could always change but as of today the good service continues... more
