We went in to Pearson Hyundai to purchase a new car. We were pleased with the friendly smiles of the workers and the atmosphere . We had a GREAT experience purchased our new car and will buy all of our vehicles from there. I was so pleased I have sent all my friends and family.... :) more

I'm a 3-time Hyundai Buyer. If you're going to by a Hyundai, buy it from Pearson. From Sales to Service, they have always treated me fairly and with great care. They actually value their repeat customers! more

Not worth the trouble! 10/25/2013

The service staff is friendly but it would be better if they actually listened to the customer when they drop off the car to be serviced. I have been there twice and both times I've walked away unhappy. Then they ask you to bring back the car and leave it for a day or overnight, but this dealership doesn't offer shuttle service or a loaner program. They did perform a state inspection without being asked, which was very nice, but the reality is that if you need more than an oil change, you might be better off going somewhere else. more

Poor quality and terrible ride! 6/4/2013

Front end brakes make grinding noises and grab repeatedly. I had it in service area and asked for new rotors or shpes--they turned rotors, but problem remains to this day! I feel it is dangerous when it drags brakes on one side or other. Very noisey inside car as tires roar all the time. Lots of road noise and u have to speak loud to even talk. Tires constant noise. I have had little pleasure with this car and NO, I would not recommend one to anyone. more

quick fix 5/31/2013

I dropped off my car over the holiday weekend to get it inspected. The car was ready first thing Tuesday morning, and some free warranty work was also done. more
