I purchased my Hyundai in 2013 and since then, the Pearson Hyundai Dealer Associates have kept in contact to make sure I am satisfied with auto. They have sent small appreciative gifts [gourmet cashews], provided thorough and timely auto repairs and associates are always willing to assit with any problem and answer any questions. I am quite satisfied with their level of professionalism and service. I know that 5 stars is a high rating, however this dealership actually deserves this rating. Karen - Henrico more

I had a 30,000 mile maintenance performed that cost hundreds of dollars. The service writer said that a rental car and car cleaning was part of the package. The maintenance was completed, the rental car was provided; but they failed to clean the car. Not cleaning the car was no big deal; but when I called to complain leaving my nam and number on two different occasions, one for the service advisor and one for the service manager, neither one returned my call. It makes one think that you are not important to these people and that they may have two different set of rules. I makes me think that they give special services to some and neglect others paying the same amount of money for the services provided. It appears that they do not respect all of their customers. more

Over the years I have purchased several new vehicles from Pearson Hyundai; all of which I loved. On January 2nd I was involved in an accident that totaled my 2013 Sonata while I walked away injury free; safety is truly a priority. Within 3 days of the accident, the staff at Pearson Hyundai had me all set up with new 2013 Sonata Limited. The entire staff was very professional and helpful, especially at such a difficult time, while creating a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Thank you! more
