Forgot sticker for next oil change, serv advisor and mech had two different versions of cause of engine noise, wrong milage on service ticket, 2nd trip to fix faulty clock, $6 charge added to bill for bogus enviro charge and shop supplies (15%), no return phone call from service mgr to report problems even thoght there was a big yellow sticker on my bill that said if I could not report all 10s in the post service email survey, to call the manager . I did. No call. more
