At O'Connor & Associates, Yvonne took great care of my service request. Being a first-time client, I wasn't very clear about the reduction process. She explained every little thing, often twice; always made herself available on short notice to address my questions or concerns. I'd recommend her to anyone. more

I was surprised from the patienc 11/28/2012

I was surprised from the patience and understanding that the agents at O’Connor & Associates have when dealing with the clients. When we were not comfortable signing on certain documents, they took the time to explain what impact it has and what we are signing on. They just let us to decide how we wanted to proceed. My taxes got reduced going with their advice. more

I received a PTFA sheet from O’Connor & Associates, I had spoken to their reduction agents about the property reduction process, and I just signed them. After I signed I didn’t care much about my taxes. I was admired by the way they handled their clients and the service was extraordinary and my tax reduction value was much higher than what I expected. more

This was my first ever experience dealing with a real estate consultant, let alone reducing property taxes for my property. I was in a bit of a panic initially but ford managed to help me understand the process flow. He handled things very efficiently and got me decent savings.
